Why should I trust you over other consultants?
Because I'm not a career consultant. I'm an operator who consults. I've actually built and run cannabis businesses, not just advised on them.
When I tell you something won't work, it's because I tried it and it didn't work. When I recommend something, it's because I did it and it did work.
Most consultants have impressive resumes. I have scars.
What if I'm in a state you haven't operated in?
Cannabis regulations vary by state, but manufacturing principles don't. Hash extraction works the same way. Edibles profitability works the same way. Operational efficiency works the same way.
I'll learn your specific compliance requirements. But the core operational and business strategies? Those translate.
Can you just tell me what to do, or do I have to figure it out?
I can absolutely just tell you what to do. That's kind of the point.
But the best engagements are collaborative. You know your market, your team, your constraints. I know cannabis operations. Together we build something that actually works for your situation.
What if I can't afford your packages?
Then start with a single service or an hourly consultation. Get value first, expand later.
I'd rather help you succeed at a smaller scope than watch you fail trying to do too much without support.
Do you do ongoing support, or just one-time projects?
Both. Some clients need a one-time project (build this facility). Some need ongoing advisory (monthly strategic support).
We can structure it however makes sense for your situation.
What's your success rate?
I don't track it formally, but I can tell you this: Every client I've worked with has either improved their operation or avoided expensive mistakes.
Some have gone on to be market leaders. Some are just running better than they were. All of them are better off than if they'd tried to figure it out alone.
What if my situation is unique?
It probably isn't as unique as you think. Most cannabis operations face the same core challenges: inconsistent quality, unclear margins, operational inefficiency, market positioning.
